It’s the most common question we hear and one for which there is no simple answer. We have thousands of options for you to choose from; it’s challenging to know how much a project will cost until we sit down with you. Each aspect (frame, mat, glass, total size, and how we secure your piece) is integral to the total price. Proper framing is about protection and preservation as much as it is about presentation.

We will need to assess the damaged frame before confirming with you that it can be fixed. Most wood frames can be fixed.  Most plastic frames, however, cannot. 

Absolutely. If you are bringing us a piece with broken glass, please tape the glass where the break is and transport it face down if possible to avoid further damage to the artwork. 

Our framing turn around is about 2 weeks. We do stock a select selection of mouldings and matboards to accommodate quicker timelines. If you are on a tight deadline for framing, please call your location to get options for how we can best support you.  We often work miracles that others only dream of!
Our Printing turn around is about 1 week.  Since all of our scanning and printing is performed in our Fayetteville location, picking up at another location can lengthen this timeline by a couple of days.

We have solutions to all of your framing needs. As you increase past  96" we will have to make accommodations with mats and frame mouldings.  Scott says if you can get it through our doors, we can frame it!  We have even framed some artwork that wouldn't fit through our doors!

 Yes, we have framed countless mirrors! We can custom frame mirrors in any dimension using almost any frame from our wall. We have access to both flat and beveled mirrors for framing and can supply a complete mirror framing solution including on-site measuring and design, production, and installation. We stretch canvases every day. Each of our employees have the expertise to make suggestions on which bar to use depending on your framing needs! Check out our bar sizes here.

Your framed piece comes with a complimentary hanger that is appropriately weighted to hold your piece. Some heavier pieces may require anchors to be installed for hanging.   Let us know if you need some hanging advice or to schedule installation.

Yes! When your items come into our stores, they stay there! (We do transport artwork between facilities that needs to be scanned or stretched.  The transportation is by OUR employees in OUR vans to OUR facilities.)  Rest assured your treasures are safe with us!

Absolutely!!  We treat every piece that we handle with extreme care. Your treasured artwork and memorabilia are in good hands!
